Introducing School Photo Cloud

 

School Photo Cloud is a new cloud-based service that helps organize an online database for your school photos, virtually. Students can simply submit their own photos to a roster uploaded by a school providing a safe way to collect student portraits.

 

 

Here is how it works:

School Photo Cloud allows schools to upload a roster of students. Once uploaded, they can automatically email their students a link to submit their photos. Don’t worry, the Yearbook administrators can approve, edit and/or reject the submitted photos.  With security taken into consideration and privacy requirements that schools must adhere to for their communities, all school data is privately stored using the latest in cloud security and encryption technology.
